What I’m Reading: July

Time flies when you’re stuck inside doing nothing am I right?! I skipped a month of my reading lists because well, I got lazy! And that’s okay! But we’re back and ready to get nerdy. Here what’s on my reading list:

A must-read. “The New York Times best-selling book exploring the counterproductive reactions white people have when their assumptions about race are challenged, and how these reactions maintain racial inequality.”

One of my favorite authors with a new release this month!! “What if you found out that your family isn’t yours at all? How far would you go to protect them? A gripping new psychological thriller from the bestselling author of The Girl Before. . . .”

A fun read to lighten up your mood! “Sexy and satisfying, Big Summer is the perfect quarantine read.” —USA TODAY

Finally, getting to read this! “The summer after a wealthy young summer guest dies under suspicious circumstances, her best friend lives under a cloud of grief and suspicion in this “clever, stylish mystery that will seize readers like a riptide”

My cousin loved this and I love reading books that are in the same season we are! “A romance writer who no longer believes in love and a literary writer stuck in a rut engage in a summer-long challenge that may just upend everything they believe about happily ever afters.”
